This powder enzyme preparation is the high-temperature counterpart, working across 50–90 °C. Under the activity evaluation conditions (guar gum fracturing fluid per SY/T 5107-2005, system temperature 70 °C, enzyme solution at 1 g/L dosed at 2.5‰ v/v) it reduces system viscosity by 90% within 8 minutes. It is supplied as a grey-white powder: 1 g is dissolved in 1 L of water to make a 1 g/L solution, and at least 30 minutes of dissolution time should be allowed. The solid form ships more easily than a liquid and is supplied from stock.
Applications
- High-temperature frac fluid break in downhole and surface systems
- Fracturing stages where fluid is treated at elevated temperature
- Bulk supply for continuous or large-volume treatments
- Offshore and desert operations with constrained logistics
