How an order runs
Tell us the requirementSend the operating data of your site — odour source and air volume, or water quality and flow — together with the quantity required and the destination country.
We select and quoteWe identify the suitable product and dosing approach, confirm the packaging, and return a quotation stating the Incoterm and its validity.
Samples and field guidanceProduct samples can be supplied for trial use before a bulk order, with selection advice and on-site application guidance.
Supply and documentationMSDS / SDS and a COA are issued per product, and per production batch for the COA. Export quarantine approval and the non-dangerous goods assessment are arranged for the destination country before shipment.
A written technical proposal is returned within 48 hours of receiving the operating data. Tell us the destination country and we will confirm which certificates, MSDS and assessments apply to that product before shipment.
